  8. Bank account statement for the past 6 months
  9. Two (2) guarantors with cheques

  1. Duly signed cheques - Current account each from the 2 guarantors (2 leaflet each)
  2. Passport photograph of the guarantors
  3. Means of identification - Work ID & Regulatory ID (International passport, Drivers License, NIMC or voters card
  4. Guarantors form to be duly filled by the 2 guarantors.
